Hi I currently have a non molest on my child's father for me him and my other children.

Due to DV, attempted kidnap and his drug addiction

All mo further action however his history is known to police.

I didn't even need to attend court the judge refused to fast track his paperwork to apply to see him too.

Now for me to get some residence permanently (already got it for now) cafcass need to be involved. Iv a a telephone interview next week I begged for a early help worker and SS are all on my side. However should I be worried?

It sounds like you have a very good case to minimise contact, and hopefully the cafcass officer should see that. Be prepared that they are likely to recommend some contact - courts hardly ever recommend no contact with fathers even when they are highly abusive. Don't panic if they say that, don't refuse point blank but raise your reasonable concerns and be open to discussing how contact can be safe and child focused. Suggest a contact centre if they talk about supervised contact and don't agree to supervising contact yourself.

They'll recommend contact even though my son has a non molest on him? And he's not been allowed to see him in 7 months?
