I’m having a glass of Aldi’s white “ZeroZecco” which is a steal at £2.99 & the best sparkling wine substitute I’ve tried yet. Also bought a large bar of milk almond chocolate.

I've only had two slices of marmite toast so far today and we're having a virtuous chickpea-based dinner, so I'm looking forward to a treat with a cup of tea tonight!

We are having leftover curry that I made last night, and Dh has already prepared all the naan, pappadoms, salad, chutney and other tasty toppings, so I literally only need to roll out of bed when he calls us all (resting from cancer treatment). And there is a box of creme eggs in the cupboard that I hid where no one can find them!

Nothing, I was feeling really virtuous this morning and now…less so

We had a simple tea of chicken,, broccoli & noodles, so for Friday treats we've been enjoying some fabulous strawberries (they were huge & sweet) lovely black grapes ,cherry bakewell tarts & some buchanans dark chocolate caramels .We probably won't eat all of everything on the list but the strawbs have gone already because there wasn't many in the pack as they were so big.

my manager and I had some things to discuss it was my managers first day back after a holiday and we had important things to catch up on before next week - so we thought we’d bunk off early (4pm) and catch up over the drinks 🙂 ease into the weekend 😂

I'm knackered after 8 hours travel yesterday for work (as well as a full day in the office).

I have had fish and chips from the chippy for tea. Now drinking the leftover red wine.
