Watch to measure heart recovery rate?

I'm clueless. I have an old fitbit, which does not measure my heart recovery rate. I want to replace it with something that does. I would prefer it not to be the fitbit brand. I'm looking for recommendations please 🙏

I'm not athletic so I don't need lots of fancy features.

What do you mean by heart recovery rate?
Do you mean your HR 1 minute after exercising to your peak HR, which is easy enough to measure with a normal heart rate monitor or even taking your pulse manually. I’ve never heard of a watch that will measure it automatically.

Sorry I didn't explain it at all. I want to know how long it takes for my heart rate to return to resting after exercise. Is that even a thing? Clueless I am.

My HUAWEI has a heart recovery option - but it only measures your heart rate for 2 minutes after exercise… not until it gets back to resting heart rate.

Do you want to measure this for a particular reason? And how often do you want to measure it?
I still think the easiest is to do it manually. After all, if you want to know how long it takes to return to a resting heart rate then you ideally need to lie down and completely relax for a few minutes after exercising. You won’t reach your resting heart rate if you are doing any activity.
