What to eat 650 extra calories

Burned an extra 650 calories at the gym (spin class).

What should I eat? And when? I’ve been having a salad after but then am starving and binge. Would it be better to eat a massive bowl of pasta?

Dont need to lose weight, maybe a pound or two but mainly just stay steady (am at top end of healthy bmi)

You won't have burned anything like that many calories I'm afraid. Eat lean protein with your salad.

If you spun for about three hours you might hit 650kcal. Just have a 300kcal sandwich or whatever.

I need quick things after the gym

Pesto pasta with chicken and green veg

Stir fry (noodles or rice) with veg and protein of your choice

Scrambled eggs on two slices of toast plus yoghurt and fruit/granola
