I was early thirties. Car was in for an MOT so I had to catch the bus to work. Early summer, I’m wearing a long floaty skirt and sandals.

The bus arrives and it’s packed with secondary school kids, standing room only. I decide to make up way upstairs in hopes of a seat. Just as I get to the top step the bus lurches off, I step into the aisle, step on the hem of my elasticised waist skirt, pulling the whole skirt down and promptly fall over showing 50 teenagers my bare arse in a pair of knickers which had seen better days. This was 10 years ago and I’m still considering leaving the country

This happened only a year or so ago.
I was shopping in our local Tesco with my kids and they kept jumping on the trolley/leaning on the handle with their feet off the floor. For some reason unknown to intelligent people (ie, not me) I decided to try it too. So I pushed up on the handle and lifted my feet off the floor. Obviously I’m not a 5 year old child so the whole trolley tipped backwards on top of me, pinning me to the floor whilst a full weeks worth of shopping fell all over me. I had to be rescued by other shoppers and Tesco staff. Honestly mortified.

This made me roar 🤣🤣🤣

I don’t think you were wrong about the quiet coach. As far as I know, it means keep conversation quiet and to a minimum, and definitely no phones or music et cetera. She was just being bossy and officious.

Yes, a quiet coach means no phones or games, not no conversation.

When i was a young single woman .I was dating this guy who me and my friends nicknamed Mr Grey... as it happened I ended up slipping a disc in my back one night he had left early due to a business meeting I then tried to go back to sleep.then I realised I couldn't walk or get out of bed the pain was so bad...so had to ring my dad to come and help...he came.round helped me out of bed and helped me to ring Dr for a home visit.Dad left, best mate came round to look after me she then said..did you realise the restraints round the bottom of your bed are on show..mortified my dad had clearly seen them and not said a word bless him and clearly realised his blessed daughter was no angel 🤦🏼‍♀️🤣🤣

On holiday with my parents and my bf - we were about 17. My parents were pretty relaxed and bf and I were sharing a room. One afternoon after a busy day out, we retreated upstairs to shag. Hard at it when the trapdoor to the loft bedroom opened and my Dad's face appeared to say dinner was ready. He just disappeared again without saying anything else. A while later we came downstairs and had to eat dinner with my parents - Dad in silence and Mum oblivious, wondering what was wrong with us all. They knew we were having a sexual relationship obviously but I'm sure my Dad didn't want to see it in action.

In my very early twenties (a while ago now) dancing with friends in a club. I feel some hands slide around my waist, and thinking I’d show him my moves I flung my head back. I made very hard contact with the bridge of his nose, and turned to find him staggering away clutching his face, I’ve still got no idea what he looked like!
