DH was overjoyed with a bucket of poultry manure, could not wait to go spread it on the garden. After rain, he opened patio door and said, face beaming “Can you smell it?” Best tenner I spent in years, he loves his garden.

A tiny hammer for a friend. I can't even remember why I got it but we still occasionally shout, "TINY HAMMER!"

My Dad always prefers practical gifts for his birthday and Christmas, as he's got everything he needs.
Last year it was fence paint for his birthday!

I got a huge possible throw possible scarf from my uncle a few years ago, and a blue dolphin teddy that we all were a bit ‘hmmm’ about. He’s known for kooky presents, he helps run the sale of work for a hospice. The kids ADORED the dolphin, as in it was favourite teddy for years!!! And the throw/ scarf is my ultimate comfort in winter!
