Mother’s Day gifts for wonderful mums

Any ideas welcome - Mother’s Day gift for a truly wonderful mum!

Early 50s with older children (late twenties) so “peace and quiet” isn’t required 😂

Me and my siblings live relatively close by but some work abroad/ have children of their own so we all tend to chip in and get something lovely or book an experience we know she would love! I don’t think mum would enjoy a busy restaurant on Mother’s Day itself.

Mums birthday has only just been and we bought a huge bouquet of flowers and a few other small bits. So flowers seems a bit underwhelming given the last bunch might still be around for Mother’s Day!

Mum is super trendy and young at heart so gardening items are not going to be her thing either.

I keep looking at inspiration posts and other people’s gift ideas and nothing is standing out!

No strict budget

Mums - hit me with what you truly want as a gift? Cards, chocolate, nice meal are all a given!

What about a lovely day out together - afternoon tea / spa day / activity that you'll all enjoy.

I have boys so that will never be my own Mother's Day gift!

My suggestion is a biased one owing to my job as a massage therapist (!) but would your mum like a massage or a similar treatment?
I've got clients buying vouchers for their mums this week.

We're planning a spa day together and I'm also making a video with pictures for her. Here are some Mother's day video ideas as well if you want to make one, it's always a nice addition to the main gift and if you have enough photos, especially some from your childhood, it will be so heartwarming!

I think a surprise with all her kids there would be the best thing tbh.
