I do like the challenge of trying to close my rings, but I find the hardest one to achieve is the simplest - the stand option.
i have a sedentary jobs and work long hours; I don’t always get a lunch break, and cannot guarantee being able to walk away from my screen every hour.
And when I do exercise I love cycling and swimming - neither of which count towards my stand goal.
today for example I had a day off. I cycled for 16 miles, but I also had car journeys I had to do, which accounted for another three hours of not standing.
so, does anyone have any top tips?
