Not a clue how to use virgin points - please help me book flights

Hey all..

Please can someone help. Want to book a return flight for three people from London to Europe using ether KLM , Air France or any other partner of Virgin Atlantic.
Genuinely confused as when I look at flights on the websites - they ask for a blue air miles account. I don’t have that as I am a virgin customer ?
please can anyone help. It is an absolute minefield and nightmare.

I think you might have to use the Virgin site to book - for example, that's what the page on the Virgin site says about using points for Air France flights -
