What to wear for NHS Admin interview? Band 2?

I feel a bit uncomfortable wearing a suit to a hospital. I don't know why I feel this way. A long flowery dress perhaps?

DD's dress code for a band 2 customer facing role was trousers or skirt & tights with a top with sleeves. She could also wear dresses, again with tights at this time of year. Shoes rather than trainers and definitely covered feet in case of a sharps injury.

I wore a black pencil skirt with a shirt and a blazer. I felt a little bit over dressed but bagged the job anyway.
