But now, a bowl of steamed broccoli-almost 300 calories? Is that right?!
I really hope not.
I am quite slim but prone to putting on weight if I am not careful, so I am careful, I log things.
I exercise a lot too but never add it because I am sure you don't burn off as much as MFP says you do!
