I've been feeling on edge all day. Not sure fully why. Could hazard a guess. Worst thing? No chocolate or biscuits in the house. I need to calm down, settle myself. Any tips please? And I know chocolate doesn't fix anything but it brightens my day.

You need to nip down to the shops and get a decent sized bar or a box of after eights..

I was thinking am I desperate enough as I'd have to drive as no shops within walking distance. Twenty minutes round trip if no traffic. But I'm fat so shouldn't really.

Hot chocolate if you have some? Tea and toast ? I have been known to eat bowls of cereal when nothing better on offer and need a sugary fix

Ah, hot chocolate! I can do that even though I've already had one today. No bread, jam, peanut butter in the house. Plus see above. I'm fat and I've had dinner. I think 1 need a slap tbh.

I've had a hot chocolate and have painted my nails. TV until bed then hope I'll feel better in the morning. Thanks all.
