If you had the money sitting there waiting would you stay in a flat that needs everything done to it (decorating all through, new funiture throughout, painting all through, new flooring, new kitchen etc) or would you move and have a new start?
I have been thinking it all through for weeks and can't make a decision, every time i do I change my mind, then change it again..
I have money in the bank, i saved up for a few years so i could do the flat up, then got a terrible neighbour..
main reason for wanting to move would be I have the worst neighbour in the world but if i move i could get a worse one!
another reason would be the last person to live here had the bathroom ripped out and a wetroom put in, its absolutely freezing in there so i barely use it.
the only thing i really like about the flat is the sizes of all the rooms!
stay or go?!
