Had a letter from HMRC telling me I must transition to UC

Ok, easy enough I thought. Went to do it today…and it says UC is not available in my area?! Despite receiving a letter for my area?

Huh?? I’m confused

Ill be ringing tomorrow to find exactly what I’m supposed to do, but it’s a bit stressful receiving an email telling me my benefits will stop unless I transfer to UC and then saying UC isn’t in my area yet!!

That’s really strange, definitely call them tomorrow.
