Hi, anybody had the same problem, we are band b, for health reasons, we bid on a property but got turned down no local connection , which we do have. I contacted housing association and she explained it to me and what they could and couldn't see. She couldn't see our connection, but because she'd already offered it to someone else there was nothing she could do, unless it fell through so I contacted local council and asked them to fix the problem they've put an alert on our app, so it should just come up with local connection. Anyway another property in the same area has come up which is ideal for what we want, we have bid. I will be sending in separate email to say what has happened with our application. I was wanting some advice as to weather I should ask them if they could really consider us us for the property as we missed out last time due to an error. Also explain our circumstances fully too. Or should I just leave it. I'm not sure if your Allowed to ask them to consider yourselves.

No, you shouldn't mention the error. You don't know that you'd have got the other one.
You would be reasonable to mention wanting to check the local connection shows on your application though
