This seems so basic and obvious.. but working out! I have always managed my weight well with food intake and walking, but always wondered why the weight doesn’t drop off me, always the pesky last stone or so..
Well I’ve just started doing the 30 day shred, done about 7 workouts over a 10 day period and I’ve dropped 5lb and my body has changed a lot in that time.
It’s not even that hard, just 20 mins a day.
It’s so obvious as fitness is everywhere! But thought it was totally beyond me, and would take longer to see results.
Anything you wish you had found earlier in life?
