Literally just that really. Any good or any advice?

Yeah found them a bit manky tbh. Like sucking on minty cigarette tasting cotton. But I know they're a big thing right now.

Are these like swedish snus, a sort of mini teabag you hold between your gum and lip?

If so I’ve never got on with them. I am pretty addicted to nicotine, using lozenges and vapes at the moment but hoping to quit the latter, and was a smoker for about 10 years in my teens and twenties - I’m no stranger to a nicotine hit.

These feel different to me though (if they are the same) - quite painful feeling and also made me feel like too much liquid in my mouth whilst in. I remember describing the first time I had one (over 20 years ago I think when my db lived in Sweden) that it felt like my gums were bleeding.

I wonder if you get used to them after a while? Could be worth a try for you anyway.

Ah, I’ve just looked it up and these are a tobacco free version of snus. So possibly better for you? And maybe effects aren’t the same

I got a free sample, they were grim. Made my mouth really sore.

Thanks guys - just desperate to get off the cigarettes! Ordered a free sample so will give it a go. Also going to book an appointment at the doctors with the smoking clinic and see what they say...

I got a free pack and was excited, tried one and nearly puked, it was so foul

I did quite well with the IQ thing a few years ago - six months off fags I think - so might just try and go back to that but nowhere locally sold the top things that you put in.
