No, I would buy a refurbished one from eg Music Magpie, Back Market or Envirofone. They do refunds and one-year warranty.

I've bought four phones from Backmarket and they have all been fantastic.

Definitely not Vinted but eBay if you pay by pay Pal as they will refund you if there's an issue.
