Hi everyone.
Woke up this morning and my neck was so painful and has been all day. When I drove to work I felt under my chin and there is a large swollen lump there that is painful to touch. My neck feels sore and painful. I think it's glands but have no other symptoms.
Can anyone offer any advice please?
