Dh at his hobby all afternoon and eve. I have no one today I can ask to hang out with in the sun, everyone is already busy.
I could :
Go to the tip - loads of rubbish to clear
Go for a run/10mile walk
Sort random stuff in the house

.. but I don't want to do any of that. I could sit in the garden, alone. I'm usually OK on my own but for some reason today i feel Like a totally Billy no mates

I totally get that. Exercise is always good...any other options , eg a walk on the beach or somewhere you don't normally go? Walk to a somewhere good for a coffee / ice-cream? Somewhere other people will be around. Too nice a day to spend on chores

yes it's short notice now i guess.

I'd be tempted to arrange cocktails and cinema with mates next week-end. At least you'd have something to look forward to then although I appreciate it doesn't help you today.

I’d go for a walk and maybe a pub lunch in the sun, it’s what I’ve wanted to do all weekend but have felt too poorly to even leave my bed for most of it!

Do nothing and sit in the garden and chill.
Enjoy the peace while you have the chance.

I sat in the garden and read. It was bliss. Had so much to do but feel so much better for it
