Any tips for coping with baby and husband working 7 days a week

My partner is self employed he’s been doing really well he’s gone from busy working 4 ish days a week to being really busy and working 6/7 days a week. He wants to take on a member of staff but is hesitant because of the cost and incase the work load slows down but is currently working on advert to find someone. This means I’m at home with. 5 month old 7 days a week at the moment and I’m unwell although this should improve hopefully. As it’s a newish business he can’t really turn down clients and the money he’s making is really needed. I don’t really have any family support either. I need tips on coping a bit better we get out the house daily but it’s hard. Husband takes over when home but often has work to finish. we’ve also recently just got a cleaner every other week to clean bathrooms etc as I just didn’t have the time. Baby is also currently teething so very grumpy. He’s also resisting naps he’s had a ten minute nap since 2.00 so I’ve not had 5 minutes to myself. Husband has said if it made it easier he could go back to 9-5 but he would rather not and I wouldn’t want him to as he earns double what he was earning before.

We have considered getting me some help but we can’t really afford to have any more help than a day a week but I am looking was recommended someone but she’s not available. But the business could afford to pay someone part time and would be future proofing for the business as it grows.
