Please share your holy grail management for dry eye

I’m trying to tackle what is probably quite severe dry eye. I think I’ve had it for years (previous optician had assured me it wasn’t but has since been confirmed that I have both blepharitis and ocular rosacea).

i take hycosan extra in the day and help night before bed which has definitely helped with the extreme night time dryness but I’d like to get on top of it more (if possible). I tried to wear mascara for the first time in a while the other day and my eyes flared so badly. So any suggestions on how you manage this is greatly appreciated.

I use Hylo Forte drops during the day and Hylo Night ointment at night - if I am desperate (on prescription, but available to purchase) The ointment makes my vision very blurry for 15 mins though.
But I also have horrendous blepharitis which I am finally managing to control by using (waiting for the shrieks of disapproval here...) a good rub of Vosene shampoo on a very soft Ramen (?) sponge over my eyelids at least twice a day when I shower, followed by a smear of tea tree ointment on a cotton bud along upper and lower lashes.
The itching is finally subsiding and there is the additional benefit that my 'dry eyes' are a lot better!
