How dangerous is this?

Neighbour has had some workmen burning things in her back yard. I am no expert but let's just say I am not certain as to whether their practice would comply with any sort of health and safety certification. When the flames cleared I spotted at least 2 gas cylinders. Neighbour says at least one is "not quite" empty. These haven't yet exploded but are they still at risk?

That's exactly how my neighbours home went up in smoke. Only her workmen were further away than yours.

Apparently it happens all the time from smouldering embers that reignite when everyone's gone.

Worth letting fire brigade know.

'Smouldering' is still a fire risk.

It's bloody unbelievable!!

Call the fire brigade or the police. I once called the latter when my neighbours had a bonfire right next to our shared garden fence and very close to the house. The police made them put it out.
