I have to collect an elderly relative from St Pancras on Sunday. Will have to park somewhere but I don't know the area at all. Can anyone advise re on-street parking round there? Thx

Download the Ringo app and that will tell you where you can park.

Or parkopedia - I think it’s called.

There will be practically no official on street parking.

Your best bet will be seeing if anything is available on an app like Just Park as someone may be renting a private space out.

sunday? Anywhere in Somerstown I think. Or camley st. Or there’s a pay car park

Thank you! Will try on street then hunt an NCP if no luck!

Can two of you go? Then one person goes in and one person makes sure the car is in the right place for a pick up? Rather than parking

You’d be better off getting a cab if you’re not familiar with the area.

I had to pick up my elderly mum in that area in '23. I used Just Park - would recommend.

There's a car park just behind the station. NCP I think.

When we use the Eurostar we park at NCP in Saffron Hill and get a cab to the station.

It's a smaller and less busy car park than the ones closer to the station.

There is an NCP at St Pancras - it’s not cheap but is convenient and you can walk into the station from the car park.

The ncp right by the station is expensive but worth for simplicity.

Thanks for further suggestions. I'm picking up my relative and heading straight out of town so taxi/ public transport not an option this time unfortunately.

There is a 5 minute pickup zone on one side of station, you could get them to wait there , phone you, and then drive past to collect them. If they are late drive round the block a few times. But I would go for the station car park, it's accessed right at the north end near the toilets.

Ok ignore me, I think that layby is drop offs only. The station car park is "just park" on Pancras Road.
