Month off work - go travelling or rent a villa

So I have a month off work coming up. I can either go travelling on my own or find a tour, or I can rent a nice villa/apartment somewhere warm and dh can come join me and work from home. He could do four day weeks so we can have the weekend exploring the country.

What would you do?

I get a bit unsettled by moving around a lot.

No - it’s gardening leave

if you don’t like moving round a lot, then the villa and husband joining sounds best.

But even if you travel solo you don’t need to move around a lot - maybe if you join a tour then you are stuck more to their schedules though.

If it were me, I’d love to spend the time in Asia and travel round. And maybe DH join for a week or 2 as holiday too.

Personally I'd go exploring India or Thailand . It's not often working people get the chance of a month out .
