Desomono pill, ovarian cyst? Scared

My usual pill discontinued, so been put on Desomono, had one horrible heavy clotty long period, then a semi normal one, now nothing at all. Thought I was getting my period as had the breast increase (that seems to have now gone) aches and moody, instead for a week now I’ve had constipation, lower tummy ache, nausea, fatigue and no period. It’s bad tonight so I’ve just gone and googled… it’s unlikely I’m pregnant as took pill religiously, sounds like a cyst possibly? I’m scared now, going to do a pregnancy test in the morning just to rule that out and then call GP. Anyone had a cyst and does it sound like that? Cant sleep as the nausea and ache/pressure is horrible

Desomono is a desogestrel based mini pill. It can stop your periods (i rarely had one in the few years I took my desogestrel pill). It could just be a reaction to the different pill; i would have thought its unlikely to be a cyst.

What pill were you on before?

I was on Noriday for years and happy with no periods. It’s just this horrible ache, pain last night and nausea , got breathless and clammy overnight and just don’t feel right at all. Just done a pregnancy test and it’s negative so may just call GP and ask if it needs looking into or not. I despise being a woman sometimes 🙄

Looks like there's a shortage of noriday rather than it being discontinued. Some online pharmacies have it available if you pay for it.
Was it the GP or chemist that said it had been discontinued?
