CSA have a warrant for my ex’a arrest

after 3 years of not paying being able to approve my ex can afford it, going to court agreeing to pay and breaching his suspended sentence. CSA have advised me 8 months ago there’s a warrant for his arrest. They’ve not actioned it as they’ve not had a warrant provider but I called last two weeks and they said I should be top of the list and my ex be taken to prison at any point. Has anyone else been through this? He’s self employed btw that’s why he’s getting away with it

i'm stunned the CMS are taking this route. I'm impressed they are but you will find so many if isstruggling to get a grip on arrears and exes playing the system for years.
i'm intrigued as to how your case has gone to warrant for arrest.
any top tips to get the CMS to act most welcome

Never heard of a warrant for non payment in the UK... although would help a lot of people with useless absent fathers
