I'm waiting for DC to finish music lesson.

In the bath after being out and about in nearby town all day... visiting and walking. Making a bacon and avocado sandwich when I get out.

Laying on my bed. Should be putting washing away. Just got in from work straight into bed time routine. I have two young children and teach year 1. Im just enjoying the rare quiet.

About yo get into bed, I’ve put all the washing away and can’t be bothered to go back downstairs now.

Just had my online food shop delivered and now going to play with the cat for a bit. DH is out so will find something good on Netflix for tonight!

Eating a chopped salad in front of the fire. Summer isn’t here yet.

Having a beer because I don't have to work tomorrow and occasionally chatting with my brother who has flown over to visit me, indefinitely.

Waiting for ds to get ready for Scouts, then I’ll drive him down there. Then I’ll go and pick up dd from school, drop her home, then pick up ds from Scouts. Thursday evenings are all mum taxi service.

Watching Some Mothers do 'ave 'em while waiting for DP to finish work then we'll cook.

Amazing he did all his stunts. And weirdly ended up as Phantom of the Opera. Who would have predicted that!

Sat in bed after a lovely bath browsing on MN while enjoying hot chocolate 😊

Drinking wine on the beach in the DR, listening to ambient house while on the adjacent sun loungers my daughter naps and my husband watches a football match. Life is good

Lay in bed feeling guilty for not going to the gym but I have cystitis and I feel groggy AF but wished I could have had a workout!

Watching 500 Words on The One Show. And doing a little bit of Mumsnetting.

Eating a sandwich for my tea, ham lettuce tomato cucumber egg and mashed potato salad, I had similar at lunch but on a roll, this time it's on white sliced bread.....I like to mix things up a bit 😀

Waiting for food to cook because I'm huuuunnnnggggry!!

I'm back home and finally sitting down on my own sofa for the first time today.
We had a quick dinner of crispy duck and pancakes which seems somewhat mediocre compared to some of the lovely food mentioned on here.
Hope all the ill MNs feel better soon.
I'm still recovering from a nasty chesty cough which I can't seem to shake.
