Maths Apps for children with probable dyscalculia

DS15 has always had difficulty with maths but asked the other day for the maths app we used to have - a dragon box Big Numbers app. He's happily playing it even though it's far too easy for him. I'd like to get him another, ideally with multiplication and division, that isn't too babyish nor too hard so it won't put him off. I'd rather buy an app (or, if I must, a computer program) but I don't want anything that is a subscription.
He can add/subtract numbers if they're written down the long way, and he knows most of the easy tables and hit and miss with the more tricky ones, but can't divide. Basic fractions but no calculations with mixed ones.
