Help please with online shopping! Returning item bought online on Day 30?

Just realised we haven’t returned an item of clothing which says it needs to be returned within 30 days.
Does this mean posted within 30 days, which I can do, or that it has arrived with them within that time frame?

Return it. If the item has been reduced you'll get the reduced price.

It's entirely up to the retailer. You only have a legally protected right of return within 14 days of receiving the item.

Check their returns policy and if it's unclear, post anyway, you might get lucky.
