What color(s) are the towels in your bathroom?

White. We always buy white towels and replace them every year or so. (We give the old ones to the dog groomers).

Ours are a total mish mash. I’ve still got old towels that co-ordinated with previous colour schemes, DH brought some dreadful ones with him when he moved in (a Simpsons towel and one with ‘face’ written on one half and ‘arse’ written on the other spring to mind). I’ve bought some because they’re on sale and I’ve had to choose price over colour and DH has bought some massive ones on line and has chosen colours we like rather than what matches.

I also have a set of ‘looking at’ towels that match the room perfectly and only come out when someone is coming to visit and I want to pretend I’m a fully functioning grown up who has it together enough to have co-ordinated accessories.

We each have a different colour - dh is grey, ds blue ....

White

Pale blue with a trim that has sea shells on.

White, like all the bedding, all matches, no hunting, easy to launder.

No worries with colours fading if I feel the need to add a small amount of bleach.

All my towels are white. Boring but easy to boil up!

Some navy blue, some turquoise, a couple of white ones, a grey one and a mustard coloured one.

Teal, all of them. White bathroom with light oak laminate floor.

Granite or navy

Green, blue, yellow/orange in different bathrooms.

All different. Some are black and these are my favourite as they’re old and a bit crispy, some are cream, some are navy with stars on and there’s various ones from holidays with IBIZA or THAILAND emblazoned accross 🤣

Why on earth do you replace them every year? 😲

All towels and bedding are white, so I can bleach them as needed.

I like to buy vintage towels that are still in their boxes, so my hand towels at the moment are turquoise and white, the last lot were green with multicoloured stripes. I like scrubby towels that dry fast and modern towels are just too luxurious. Bath towels are harder to source so the current lot are green and white striped beach towels.

Forest green and dark grey. I bought two of each and DH bagsied the green ones. I've got some dusky blue ones too, which we usually put out for guests because they also match the guest bedroom.
