Teenage Angst outlet?

DD is 14 and having a few issues at school with friends etc. luckily nothing too serious, just normal stuff.

She has however started to take it out on us at home. I know she needs to let it out but being rude and unkind to us isn't helping any of us.

Any suggestions on how to vent and let out her teenage angst without taking it out on us?

She is a good kid, but she does something stupid to us and then instantly regrets it.

Do you have an example of what she actually does? Its about severity I think.

Unless it's very bad I'd think she'll learn to manage things better naturally.

How do you respond?
