Vinted item says delivered but didn't arrive.

Bought two items on Vinted from two different people. Both were due to be delivered today. One did arrive, one didn't but both say delivered. Have checked inside and behind bins but it's not there. Is it going to be hard getting my money back? Yodel say it's delivered to front door but it definitely wasn't and I'm gutted because I really wanted it, they're not easy to get.

It's a yodel issue. You need to ask yodel for proof of delivery.

@ToBeOrNotToBee so I had just raised an issue with vinted before posting. It was Yodel, do I need to contact them directly or does the seller do that? Also is it not my word against theirs or? They did deliver one but not the other.

You can raise a case with yodel.
The seller has to as well.
