I’m struggling! I want to be more curvy and I have in the past been a 12 just but I want to be a comfortable 12 again. I’m tallish so it fits my frame better I currently look a bit lanky
i I think I’ve gained a few pounds but not major I still feel stick thin :/ and no change in clothes
any tips? I actually eat a lot! Full fat dairy and protein too? Do I add a supplement drink in?
I am active I have a 3yo and 1yo and we don’t sit in haha! I always ensure we go outdoors so I rarely sit down and laze about except bedtime so I am extremely active
I do have coeliac disease so can’t have wheat or gluten. I noticed I couldn’t gain weight much after being diagnosed with this at 16?
