My HMRC app is saying I’ve overpaid tax for the year, approx £800 over what they will think I will owe for the year. Started a new job and was being overtaxed. I did pay less tax this paypacket but more than I thought I would. My question is can I expect a bumper pay packet on March 31st or is it more likely I’ll get a rebate post end of tax year?
