Weirdest supermarket replacements

My husband read an article in the Guardian today about some of the most ridiculous alternatives from supermarkets.

Customer ordered a bunch of flowers and received leeks.
Ordered a steak and received dog food
and my favourite
Customer ordered sanitary towels and received....tortilla wraps 🤣

Can anyone top that?

I've told this story before but towards the end of my time as a Tesco pick&packer I couldn't be bothered anymore so I didn't refuse any replacements.

My favourite one was those itsu healthy seaweed thins, which I replaced with two mint aeros. Can't argue with the system, they were both green 💁‍♀️
