One of your mum friends has a really nasty cold/flu type thing and has had since Monday? She has seemed poorly with it and says she thinks her baby has got it but is still going to the class tomorrow. We have paid upfront for the term and it wasn’t cheap, but it’s a small class and space and I haven’t got an easy way to keep distance as we usually sit together and it will be obvious if I don’t. Equally, anyone there in classes before us or another parent could also be unwell. It’s just that I am now aware of this and I don’t know if it’s worth going given that my baby seems to like to nap through most the class anyway. I obviously can’t bubble wrap or stay away from germs entirely and we go shopping, to coffee shops etc, but now I know she will be on day 4 of a bug I’m just not sure I’d relax.

Would you go?

Babes are a few months old if that changes things

If baby naps most of class I wouldn't bother.
I wouldn't stay friends with a mum showing so little respect for other children and mums. She should stay at home if she/baby is sick.

Thank you. Sometimes she naps before but it’s 50/50. I don’t want her to miss out but nor do I want to take her near somebody I know to be unwell
