Who wants to play a game????? Guess the rash

Anyone want to try and guess what this rash could be, it's raised i feel a tad unwell but could of caught a bug from one of the grandchildren, and I feel a bit warm but I always do as I don't sweat.
The rash is on my upper leg middle to back.

Have you got anhidrosis?

I wouldn't have a clue as every gp I have mention it to have just shrugged, it got so bad I got thrown out of my zumba class as the instructor said it isn't right.
But I'm not really bothered about it as I have lived many years without it.
