Help with Manchester airport parking

Do you HAVE to put your flight number in? Trying to book parking for our holiday later this year, but on our return flight we leave Tenerife on 4th August, but because it’s a late flight we won’t get back to this country until 5th August. Trying to put the date/time for collecting the car but it wants to know our flight numbers, we’ll be collecting the car on 5th August and because our flight is on the 4th, it’s not finding it. It should be okay if I just put ‘Flight not listed’ right??

Have you tried looking for your flight on the 5th? I think they will only care about what time it arrives so they can make allowances if it’s late.

Are you parking in the Drop and Go or the one similar , basically so they know when your flight is back to ‘bring your car around’ ?

I think that’s what the return flight number is for.

If I put the return date as the 5th, the flight doesn’t exist. If I put it as the 4th, the flight exists but we won’t be there to collect until about 3am on the 5th. You’d think they’d have a solution for this! ‘Select this option if your flight is on X date but you won’t be back in the country until Y date’

We’re doing the meet and greet one, so we can park really close and not have to faff about getting on a bus with all our cases.

We use D&G, as I say I think the return flight number is for the M&G/D&G staff to schedule bringing your car around to be ready.

I had a similar issue trying to book a park and stay at Liverpool John Lennon airport through Holiday Extras. I went on to live chat with them and they sorted it really quickly for me. Is there an option to open a live chat?

We have had this a few times, I just put flight not found. I’ve mentioned it to them when I’ve dropped off and they don’t bat an eyelid so don’t panic!

They give you a mobile number to call half an hour before you want to pick up the car again (or when you have your luggage if you are straight off the plane and not staying in a hotel) We use them quite a lot and it’s always worked really well with no waiting around. Have a lovely trip!
