I need some tips!

Mine are:

Eating at least 5 portions of fruit and veg per day
Go swimming 2/3 times per week
Take a multivitamin each day
Good skincare routine and I apply SPF each time I leave the house
Drink plenty of water throughout the day

Lifting weights
regular stretching
eat sufficient protein
eat variety of fruit and vegetables

Home made hot shots every day (ginger Tumeric and lemon juice)
Berroca
no phone until been up for 30 mins
regular exercise
grounding- literally go out to my garden barefoot for 5
mins when I wake up. Grass on feet. Whatever the weather.
cold water swims weekly
ice face plunges daily
i incorporate various foods in everyday and go for 9- so that’s 7 vegetables and two fruits. Sometimes this is harder than others. Failing that I track 30 fresh fruit, vegetables or legume varieties each week
have a conversation with a mate most days
spf everyday
gua sha face most days
no upf
fermented foods everyday for gut health

i am heart health 11 years below my chronical age and have good bone density, low cholesterol and I think I look maybe 5-7 years younger than I am. My BMI is 20 and my body fat mass is low.

both parents died too young from lifestyle related illnesses. I am overly worried about wellness and have to be careful not to let it control me.

Active mindfulness/grounding each day outdoors…. Just a snippet of time to listen, smell, breathe, touch and be still.

Stretching and strength training each morning… only 15 mins.

Be outside.

I walk up 45 steep steps and then take a brisk walk during my lunch break and the same after work before I drive home. It's hard but it's good exercise.
I rarely eat fried food or takeaways; and only eat lean meat.

I have fresh juice and a smoothie every day; and eat a lot of high protein food.

DoNoTakeNo · 23/02/2025 22:37

I take all my prescribed meds on time to a ruthless schedule (8 occasions a day).
Also multi vit & a few specifics inc gut flora.
Try to eat lots of fruit & veg per day.
Avoid UPF
Avoid caffeine after midday.
Avoid alcohol (just on my 4th day sober!)
Avoid stress - just decided to not be affected by it & amazingly it works (mostly!)
Would exercise if I could.

Trying to eat 10 portions of fruit and vegetables a day, and aiming for at least 30 different ones each week. Avoiding ultra processed foods. Getting outside every day and walking rather than taking the car.

LillyPJ · 23/02/2025 22:44

Oh - and yoga twice a week plus walking 10 miles at the weekend.
