Is this Scarlet Fever, Impetigo or HF&M?

Hi DD has these painful rashes around her mouth and she says the underneath of her chin is hurting??
I've looked up Scarlet Fever and Impetigo but she doesn't have all the symptoms of either and only has the mouth symptoms of Hand Foot & Mouth!
Obviously I will ask her GP tomorrow but I'm hoping for opinions on whether you think this warrants keeping her off tomorrow? Ie: do you think it looks contagious?

For context, DD's school has a pupil who has Leukaemia sadly who obviously has a weakened immune system. Although that child isn't currently attending (having treatment, poor thing) that child's sibling is. So I'm trying to be as cautious as possible, as the school have requested we all be.
At the same time though, DD's had more than her fair share of time off sick this particular year, already so I need to be as certain as possible. Aaaggghhh! I don't know what to do.

Impetigo.

Pharmacists can give you the cream, so no need for a gp appt. You will probability have to keep her off school for 48 hours.

Impetigo, highly contigious so you will need to be really careful at home.

Ok thank you so much.
That's a good point about the pharmacy, thanks. Will save a GP appointment 👍🏻

@Squeakpopcorn Yikes. For reasons related to ASD, she still sleeps in my bed 🫣 So I'll be hyper vigilant, thanks 🙏
