Anyone with a dental implant- can you advise?

I have two implants, and the crowns were attached just over a week ago, after 4 months of unproblematic healing.
Initially everything was absolutely fine, but I am now getting a bit of tenderness and pressure around one of the crowns. I have been absolutely vigilant about cleaning, but I'm wondering if perhaps I'm missing something? I'm super scared now that one might be failing for some reason, but everything has been perfect up until getting the crown attached!
Did anyone else experience any mild tenderness or other issues while the crowns settled in?

Thank you

I’ve been in permanent pain/suffering tenderness since my crown was fitted. Before the crown the post was fine and everything was totally pain free. The implant dentist (who did an aesthetically appalling job anyhow) told me the pain I was feeling was impossible.
I have had X-rays done at another implant centre and they say the implant post is fine and can see no issue. It’s slightly less tender if I cut the superfloss thin end off before pulling it, rather than pulling the whole thing all the way through, but it never goes completely. It’s been over 12 months now.

Oh I'm so sorry to hear that 🥺 do you feel it's gum inflammation? I wonder if you have an allergy to a component of the implant crown?

I honestly have no clue what the issue is, and the pain doesn’t just occur near where I floss. Anti inflammatories & antihistamines make no difference so I honestly think it’s just pressing/pinching or something, but no dentist is interested.

Do go back to your dentist, you’ve paid a lot for it. At the very least they should have a look and offer some reassurance that it’s temporary & will settle down. I hope things resolve for you 🤞🏻
