BST Hyde Park, question about wheelchairs/sitting down

Got tickets for Sabrina Carpenter. We didn't manage to get accessibility tickets for the two dedicated accessibility areas so we have standard tickets. One of the party has a small powerchair. The plan was to use normal area but hang out more towards the back. I'm now doubting myself with all the 'no chairs' rules! Although I have seen it says that mobility aids permitted. I've not been to BST Hyde Park before but I'd imagined a more festival vibe with quieter area towards the back where it wouldn't be an issue to be in a wheelchair? Has anyone been who can give feedback? I was hoping for quieter areas towards the back, perhaps with a rug to sit down and stake out an area? Thanks in advance.

It’s quieter towards the back, yes. You can’t see much though! (There are big screens but the actual stage will be invisible to you.)

We were in the VIP area last year. We managed to sit down between sets in the terrace area but it was standing only. When the bands were on the staff were very vigilant.

From watching the rest of the crowd, it was manic. It's packed. I would feel unsafe if unsteady on my feet. I'm not sure how the chair could be in the main area as it was heaving. They do squish forward for the actual concert but it's really busy.

May be worth speaking to someone and seeing what they suggest? We did manage to get an upgrade offer nearer the time but it was very time sensitive.

DD has been in both the main area and the golden circle, and at the back of the main area is fine, she said (I wasn’t with her that time). The golden circle was rammed.

Thanks everyone. I think we will just have to be comfortable with sticking nr the back and looking at the screen. Still get some atmosphere I expect. No intention of heading to main pit part.

I’ll try Accessibility line but I haven’t found it to be great so far.
