While putting the leftover chicken in a tub I noticed the water at the bottom of the dish was pinky. The chicken was poached it didn't look pink when we were eating it but ffs! Usually he's a fantastic cook!

He's done it again! Everything was ok after the poached chicken incident.
This time it was with a kebab! Chicken breasts all stacked on a metal skewer. When slicing through it i did think it didn't look quite cooked but i am mega paranoid about chicken. No one else seemed to notice. I then started carving from the bottom of the kebab and it was definitely undercooked. It wasn't pink but the meat wasn't the texture it should have been.
It had been in the oven for 45 mins at 180 🫨. DH and DC both ate much more than I did. It was put back in the oven to cook through once I pointed it out but I don't wish to eat anymore of it!
