Garden office or new carpets/blinds/ furniture

Garden office or do the house up? Don't have money to do both. Dh works at home abd we have 2 dc primary age.

Not enough information to decide! Where does he work at the moment? Does it impact your living spaces and enjoyment of the house? Can he work effectively and comfortably in the house?

How bad is your furniture / carpets / blind situation? Useable but a bit out of date? Newish but you don’t like them? Falling to bits and for fit for purpose?
