M&S credit card statements, I can’t find them online

I spent almost 2 hours going round and round and round. All I want to do is look at my last M&S credit card statement. It’s my backup card. I very rarely use it. It’s just deducted some money from my account and I can’t remember using cards so all I wanna do is look at the statement.

am I missing something?, Have they got two apps?, I can’t find this generate code thing although I did stumble upon it at one point I thought I was logged in but I can’t find anything to do with statements.

Tempted to ditch using this car completely.

Sign in the app, then click on the black 'M & s credit card with part of your card number on it' and the first line to come up on the next page says statements, click on that and a list of months comes up and you can click on any of them. Hope that helps👍

Ps is it Possible you bought something online on a site that saves your card number. I recently returned something to asda that I'd bought on another card as I'd stopped using the m & s one altogether and they somehow refunded money onto the m & s one🤷

I have the M&S banking app and my credit card statement comes up straight away when I open it up. Are you on the correct app? It's not on the regular M&S app, you need the banking app.

Thanks I’m not convinced I’m in the right app. But I also can’t find another app. I’m also wondering if maybe I’ve got two logons.

Credit card logon is basically a word, but I’ve also got a log on with my email

My app is called M&S bank - well that's what the icon shows as. It's white with black letters.

Yes same here; I log on using Face ID and the credit card account is right there. To see the statement you click on the CC account and it’s the first option
