How to wash a book bag?

One that says it can't go in the washing machine?

Unless it's made from leather, I'd just shove it in the washing machine on a low temp synthetic wash.

I used to put my kids book bags on either a quick 30 min wash or a synthetic wash. Always came out fine. Make sure you take any paper or sticky label off though before washing.

Washing machine here too. Short 20 min cycle on cool.
