Should I worry about these symptoms?

Im not sure if im just anxious but I have a strange collection of symptoms since October and im not even sure if they are connected and I don’t want to waste the GPs time but its not getting any better ?

-suddenly extremely tearful all the time
-extremely exhausted
-one toe became totally numb overnight ???? If I walk a long distance it starts to tingle.
-I keep literally tripping over nothing or my own foot like it’s not catching up with the fact I’m walking?

in the last month
-short term memory issues
-distorted hearing occasionally
-frequent cramps

I cant work out is it all connected or just random things nothing to do with each other 😭

You wouldn't be wasting a GP's time. The tripping thing and the numb toe sound particularly concerning unless it's just happened once.

Go to the GP and put your mind at rest.

Some of those could be Vitamin B12 deficiency
(based on my own symptoms)

I was going to say B vitamins also. B12 is easy to miss out on, it comes from animal products- meat eggs milk, get some B complex supplements as you lose them in your wee daily. Worth a try! If you do see a GP ( you shouldn't feel like it's a waste of their time) and get bloods done you should do it before taking supplements .

I’ll make an appointment then I’ve just been trying to get through the last few months and thinking maybe it’s unrelated things but it’s just not getting better.

The feeling when I can’t remember something as well is very odd ? And the distorted hearing it only seems to be occasionally when im talking rather than other sounds . It’s just got to the point where after another day of being on the verge of sobbing I’ve had enough. The weird thing is it’s just the physical feeling of needing to cry then actually crying but I’m not upset about anything ? It’s the weirdest feeling I can only compare it to if you have a sneezing or coughing bout that you can’t control or stop it feels physical not emotional ?

It sounds as if you are overly tired! A lot of the symptoms you mention could be from B vits. I'm no doctor but I teach this stuff to teenagers all day long. Worth a checkup
