HSBC - anyone else not got their credit card statement for Feb online?

Normally shoeing around 8th of month - nothing so no idea what balance to pay and by when

i knoe I can see the current balance of the card but only want to pay balance as at statement date and keep my cash in savings earning interest!

An easy way to sort this out in the future is just to set up a monthly direct debit for repayment with your bank, then you don't have to worry as it's done automatically every month.

Yes I could do this but for this month I’ve no idea of the date it’s payable by. Plus we whack all our salary (bar mortgage bills etc) straight into savings when paid so it comes from there, and repayment date changes each month so not sure the money would be in the account!

Have you tried both the app and online banking? Did you get an email saying it was ready?

Have you looked on January statement? Mine tells me what to pay for Feb and the date (mine is done by direct debit though)

Send them a message via the chat function on the APP, they will be able to tell you when the statement is due.
