I need to fix my sleep schedule

I was awake until 5am due to a fixation on an anxiety that I was trying to fix. I learned tools to manage my anxiety but for some reason didn’t remember to do them.
I slept until 11am and woke briefly to feed the dog and went back to sleep until 1pm.
I am so tired it’s unreal. I got my 8 hours of sleep technically but am feeling angry and tired. I don’t know how to feel awake enough right now so that I can sleep early tonight.

Get lots and lots of exercise and go to bed at midnight

Following I am trying to do the same. Often stay up until 2am wake at 9 and instead of getting up can fall back asleep. Must get to bed earlier

Try taking magnesium tablets an hour before bed. Look up the benefits.

Also, look up and explore the benefits of homeopathic remedies for anxiety? I was never a believer until I tried a homeopathic remedy and it worked really well for my anxiety & panic.

Another trick is think of a word, for example, Amber, and then think of as many words as you can starting with A then M then B and so on. When you’ve worked through that, think a word starting with B and repeat! Then a word starting with C. This was a trick I saw mentioned on telly and it works really well for me!
